History and Milestones
Quality Jeddah Contracting Company ( Q.J.C.C. ) was established at Doha-Qatar in 2008 by Eng. Yousry Al Fardi which expanded now to Saudi Arabia. QJCC first started with the contracts of electric systems construction for both infrastructure and building fields, then developed to include mechanical systems as well. QJCC now has became general contractor and executes turn-key projects ( civil – electromechanical ) . After 15 years of business experience in Qatar we decided to expand our business and offer our construction business in Saudi market. Now we have some on-going projects in Saudi Arabia’s Northern Province ( NEOM )
Quality Management
- QJCC keeps operative a Quality Management System in the company that meets all the requirements regarding quality according to the standards
- Presenting quality control services according to customer specifications and / or regulations.
- construction services and technical assistance in building, facilities , industrial plants, infra-structure mechanical, electrical and telecommunications networks.
- Technical assistance in the field of civil engineering, mechanical and electrical projects (including design and 3D modelling ).
- Review and engineering studies and industrial projects in power grids, telecommunications, including their design and modelling .
- The design, supply, installation and service of civil and MEP networks.
- Health and Safety Coordination in the works.
Commitment to Confidentiality
- Desire: QJCC as a company and its staff in particular, make a commitment of confidentiality of data, reports, documents and certificates provided by the client.
- Responsibility: The access to hardware and software, the distribution of reports and certificates of confidentiality and commitment of the managers and technicians in charge of the work will be within the scope of confidentiality.
- Relations: All data and reports handled and originated in the course of the work, will only be provided to those persons or agencies designated by the Client previously, under strict control.
LIABILITY
- QJCC has staff with the appropriate technical skills and experience, accurate documentation, legislation, and regulations, to carry out the work.
- QJCC team including either Engineers, supervisors or qualified technicians ( carpenters, steel fixers, surveyors, electricians and pipe fixers )
- The actions are covered by a liability insurance, which covers the risks of exploitation, employers and professional, according to the specifications and requirements contained in the specifications.
